An Indulgent Raspberry Cocktail Recipe from Wayward Distillery

There’s nothing like a Monday tipple to make you feel the long weekend spirit.

This celebration of raspberry and bubbles from Wayward Distillery is made with its raspberry gin liqueur that not only contains a hint of raw honey from the on-site hives, but 1 per cent of spirits sales benefits the protection and promotion of bees and pollinators through Pollinator Partnership Canada. Plus this delicious cocktail will make you forget you’re back to work tomorrow.

Ingredients

Fresh mint leaves

Fresh raspberries

2 ounces of Raspberry Gin Liqueur

½ lime

Soda or Prosecco

Method

Place 7 mint leaves, 6 raspberries, and 1/2 lime in a cocktail shaker with a scoop of ice and shake vigorously.

Add 2 ounces of Raspberry Gin Liqueur and pour into a separate glass.

Top with soda or Prosecco and add more ice.
