Hobo Woodworks

The box.

It is a very specific kind of empowerment to make an object with one’s own hands, to pull out a set of tools and essentially create something from nothing. To hold the necessary utensils in style, Vancouver brother duo Hobo Woodworks has created a handsome toolbox using reclaimed cedar. All of Hobo’s products are made using wood that has been repurposed or specially cut at local independent mills, and most of it is in fact native to British Columbia. Handmade and built to last, this toolbox is one that can be passed down through generations—along with the skills to build something of one’s own.
