Make-up Designory Eyeshadow

Smooth criminal.

When an eyeshadow palette runs out, that’s typically the end—into the garage it goes, and back to the store you go. But California’s Make-up Designory, also known as MUD, has created an easy way to refill the same packaging, resulting in less waste and more options.

Each eyeshadow colour is sold individually, as is the empty palette (available in an array of sizes). The company uses a magnetic system that allows each eyeshadow shade to click right into its slot and stay snugly in place until it is finished. This means colours can be used, refilled, traded out, or rotated. The weightless, creamy hues go on smooth and are great for layering; from the soft pink of Cashmere to the dramatic brown of Espresso, there are colours for every attitude. And we all know how quick those can change.
