5 Picks To Perfectly Capture Pantone’s New Classic Blue

Pantone, the de facto worldwide authority on colour, pronounces its annual colour of the year every December. While more than 10 million designers, brands and manufacturers collectively hold their breath, the iconic colour forecasting institute presents its much-anticipated decree to the joy of anyone with a keen eye for hue, tint and pigment.

This year Classic Blue, or PANTONE 19-4052, was selected for its timeless and enduring quality, a classic shade that heralds calm, tranquility and dependability. From sofas to soap, an array of colour-themed gear has now come to light.

Back in the 1990s, organic, mindful skincare wasn’t revolutionary, it was simply how Fresh founders Lev Glazman and Alina Roytberg grew up in Russia. Natural ingredients formed the basis of time-honoured rituals; sugar, for example, wasn’t just for coffee, but scrapes and burns too. Almost 30 years later, Glazman and Roytberg are as fresh and focused as ever with their new Lotus Youth Preserve Dream night cream. Powered by the antioxidant-rich lotus plant, the cream strengthens the skin barrier while simultaneously fighting dullness and dehydration—all from a classically beautiful blue jar.
