Contemporary fashion label COS opened its largest Canadian retail shopfront at 1070 Robson Street on December 17. The original Gastown store (which remains open) launched in March 2017.

The new two-storey space, with its floor-to-ceiling windows on both levels and dramatic central wooden staircase, spreads across more than 5,000 sq. ft. and showcases the European brand’s women’s and menswear and, for the first time in Vancouver, the children’s line.

COS is known for a more timeless approach to style, with a clean line aesthetic enhanced by design flourishes in the details—an unexpected frill, an asymmetrical hem, an unusual cuff—that has proven extremely popular with Vancouverites.
