The Ligne Roset Slice armchair and ottoman was designed in 1998 by Pierre Charpin, and has been on display at Galerie kreo in the 13th arrondissement of Paris since then. It is now, for the first time, offered on a significant scale, and is available in Vancouver through Livingspace. Design aficionados and admirers will surely marvel over the piece’s composition, revelling in the ability to add and remove “slices” as desired, morphing the piece from armchair and footstool into loungers and chairs of different lengths. There are also colour and upholstery options, selected by Charpin, allowing each “slice” to function as its own entity, but still come together as a unified whole.
