Premier wine technology company Coravin creates gadgets that can open a bottle of wine without removing the cork. The Model Eleven, released in Autumn 2018, preserves vino with argon gas—thus guaranteeing the last glass tastes as good as the first. Simply select how much wine to pour by placing the Model Eleven on top of the bottle and pressing the needle down through the cork. To enhance the experience, the Bluetooth-enabled Model Eleven connects to Coravin’s Moments app, which suggests food pairings and complementary movies. Entertaining made easy.
