Fjällräven Outerwear

The garment.

Swedish outdoor brand, Fjällräven, has long been known for its premium down insulated outerwear and has recently been recognized by Animal Welfare Sweden for their eco-friendly approach.

The Keb down jacket, packed with 700-fill goose down, is truly as warm as it sounds. The designers are well aware of this, for the Bivouac harness on the inside allows you to continue wearing the jacket like a backpack when you decide to shed the layer after working up a sweat halfway up the mountain.

This year, Fjällräven also introduced G-Loft Supreme, their proprietary synthetic insulation. Created in collaboration with military engineers, this high-performance alternative to down features a unique mix of hollow and thin fibres which makes for an incredible warmth-to-weight ratio.

The collection is available at Fjällräven’s Canadian flagship in Vancouver.
