Its creators call it the Furbo bowl sculpture. Those creators are Kings, comprising of Daniele Innamorato and Federica Perazzoli, in collaboration with Alessi for its 2016 Spring/Summer Officina collection. The Furbo is a cast plastic resin faun statue with some human features, such as its hands and feet and clothing, and a large antler rack, which acts as support for a stainless steel bowl. The piece is a study in collage, a meeting between the worlds of artistic surrealism and industrial design. A mere 999 were made. One thing this bowl surely contains is the unlimited ability to ignite a conversation.
