After announcing its much-anticipated café expansion (expected to open this November), East Vancouver pastry and chocolate shop BETA5 is dressing up its beloved cream puffs just in time for trick-or-treating. With individual flavours of Earl Grey, vanilla bean, and cocoa nib, its cream puff trio is almost too cute to eat.

In her playful spin on the traditional Australian dessert, she combines layers of lightly spiced pumpkin sponge cake, cream cheese, pumpkin white chocolate ganache with coconut, and crushed pumpkin seeds.
