Created in collaboration with Vancouver mixologist Matt Martin, this elixir gets its ruby colour from craft distillery Odd Society‘s house-made Crème de Cassis liqueur.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Odd Society East Van Vodka
1/4 oz. Odd Society Crème de Cassis
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lemon
3 dashes orange flower water
1 egg white (optional)
METHOD
01. Add ingredients into a shaker and dry shake.
02. Add ice and re-shake. Fine strain into glass.
03. Serve neat.
