The Dirty Apron Cookbook

Since co-owner and chef David Robertson opened the doors to the Dirty Apron Cooking School in 2009, it has been a hit all the way. Classes range widely, from classical French and Italian to lessons designed for both couples and singles, and desserts and pastries, of course. Many companies use the school as a team-building exercise, and private events always have a special vibe to them here.

Now, Robertson has authored Dirty Apron Cookbook: Recipes, Tips and Tricks for Creating Delicious, Foolproof Dishes. That, appropriately enough, is quite a mouthful of a title, but the book is indeed full of useful information. One dollar from the sale of each book will be donated to the Reign Foundation, which endeavours to keep over 150 Cambodian children in school by providing them with tuition, books, and transportation.
