“Atelier: The Cookbook”

Gastro technique.

Considered one of Canada’s most creative chefs, Marc Lepine brings his fine-dining skills into the home with Atelier: The Cookbook. Named after his 12-course tasting menu restaurant in Ottawa, the book is organized by the four seasons and paired with images of Lepine’s perfectly symmetrical and colourful plates. Honey and vinegar soup, elk tartare, rabbit loin, and other creative renditions of seasonal Canadian ingredients are explained using Lepine’s innovative gastro techniques. It arrives in time to celebrate the restaurant’s 10-year anniversary.
